The Science Behind Pregame

We don't hide our formula behind vague "proprietary blend" language. Every ingredient is listed, dosed, and explained — because you deserve to know what you're putting in your body and why it works.

DHM (Dihydromyricetin) — 300mg

The star of the stack. DHM is a flavonoid extracted from the Japanese raisin tree with more peer-reviewed research behind it than almost any other hangover-support ingredient. It works by upregulating ALDH (aldehyde dehydrogenase) — the enzyme your liver uses to break down acetaldehyde, the toxic byproduct of alcohol metabolism that causes most hangover and hangxiety symptoms.

Studies show DHM can reduce alcohol's sedative effects on GABA receptors, helping maintain cognitive clarity while drinking.

NAC (N-Acetyl Cysteine) — 200mg

NAC is the direct precursor to glutathione — your body's master antioxidant. Alcohol depletes glutathione rapidly, which is why your liver takes a hit after a night out. NAC restores that glutathione supply, giving your liver what it needs to process alcohol's toxic byproducts efficiently.

Milk Thistle (Silymarin) — 150mg

Used for over 2,000 years as a liver tonic, milk thistle's active compound silymarin is a powerful antioxidant that supports liver cell regeneration and protects against oxidative stress. It's one of the most clinically studied liver-support herbs in the world.

Taurine — 500mg

An amino acid your body produces naturally but depletes rapidly under alcohol exposure. Taurine supports cardiovascular function, electrolyte balance, and neurological health — and helps counteract some of alcohol's depressant effects on the nervous system.

Magnesium Glycinate — 200mg

Alcohol is a diuretic that flushes magnesium — one of the most important minerals for sleep quality, muscle function, and mood regulation. Glycinate is the most bioavailable form. Replenishing it before you drink helps your body maintain the mineral balance it needs to recover overnight.

L-Theanine — 100mg

Found naturally in green tea, L-theanine promotes calm focus without sedation. It pairs with alcohol to smooth out the edge — reducing anxiety-inducing spikes in cortisol and supporting a calmer, clearer experience. It's the reason you feel relaxed, not jittery.

Vitamin C — 500mg

A key antioxidant that works alongside glutathione to neutralize free radicals generated during alcohol metabolism. Alcohol depletes vitamin C stores quickly; topping them up before you drink gives your antioxidant defense system a head start.

B-Vitamin Complex (B1, B6, B12)

Alcohol is notorious for depleting B vitamins — especially B1 (thiamine), B6, and B12, which are critical for energy metabolism, neurological function, and red blood cell production. B-vitamin depletion is directly linked to the mental fog, fatigue, and low mood that follow a night of drinking.

Electrolytes (Sodium, Potassium)

Alcohol's diuretic effect doesn't just flush water — it pulls electrolytes with it. Starting with a topped-up electrolyte balance means your cells are better hydrated throughout the night, reducing the dehydration-driven headache that comes the morning after.
